Women in Gaming Diversity & Employee Wellbeing Awards felicitates IGT Executive

Victoria Dolan, the IGT Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of PlayDigital, was named “Leader of the Year” at the recent Women in Gaming Diversity & Employee Wellbeing Awards by International Game Technology. The yearly awards program honors people and groups for their exceptional commitment to advancing diversity and equality.

Victoria contributes significantly to achieving goals, reduces business risk, and maximizes growth prospects for IGT and also for its clients. Victoria has stayed at IGT for five years, advancing her career, serving as a mentor to others, and assisting the business in achieving inclusiveness and diversity.

As per the gaming news, Christopher Spears, IGT Executive Vice President and General Counsel said Victoria helms the role of a model professional who embodies leadership by inspiring excellence, being a committed, passionate, mentor, and supporter of IGT’s diversity and inclusion initiatives. They are grateful that the Women recognised Victoria’s achievements in the gaming industry in the Gaming Diversity & Employee Wellbeing Awards committee and congratulated her for the outstanding honor. 

Victoria holds the position as a member of IGT’s Advancing Cultural Education (ACE) Diversity & Inclusion Group and has been in the service of the global diversity council and EMEA’s regional diversity and inclusion council. Victoria participates in the UK’s After School Advantage program’s IGT Steering Committee, where she works to encourage kids and teenagers to pursue jobs in the UK’s STEM (science, engineering, technology, and mathematics) sectors.
