Venetian Resort and Yahoo form a collaboration

Venetian Resorts and Yahoo have formed a long-term naming rights collaboration for the sake of Yahoo Sportsbook, which has been boosted by William Hill which will be positioned on the Venetian casino space. As per reliable sources from the casino, the sportsbook has undergone complete revamping.

Presently, the Silver State is witnessing an absolute boom in terms of sports betting. As per the Nevada Gaming Control Board, the casinos in Nevada, as well as the regulated betting sites, are responsible for having acquired approximately $9 billion in terms of betting on sports in the past year. The Venetian space is spread over 12,000 square feet and comes with a 46-million pixel. Along with that is a 1,770 square feet LED video wall and an added thirty TV spreads all over the sportsbook.

According to the President and CEO of the Venetian Resort Las Vegas, Patrick Nichols, the intention was to build the most suitable area for viewing sports. The entire focus was on creating an atmosphere for sports bettors par excellence, coming with every amenity possible.

In terms of seating arrangement at the news sportsbook, there is room for 105 guests. Coupled with that is a centrally positioned oval bar accommodating 29 guests. Thrown in the entire gamut are ten 65-inch, 4K LED screens, as well as a 97-foot, high-resolution ticker, bringing live odds and scores.

As per the President of Yahoo Sports, Ryan Spoon, they are extremely enthusiastic about this collaboration with Venetian Resort Las Vegas. In his viewpoint, Yahoo Sportsbook will be providing sports enthusiasts with an experience beyond comprehension via their Yahoo Sports and the Yahoo Fantasy Platforms.

In the words of the Vice President and Head of West Region Digital Operations at William Hills US, Michael Grodsky, they will be taking complete advantage of this collaboration and will be ready to face the challenges that come with an increasing inclination towards sports betting and promote their new William Hill mobile sports wagering application.
