FanDuel brings on board Alison Kutler

FanDuel has brought on board Alison Kutler to head the department of sustainability and responsible gaming in the position of Vice President. Kutler will be looking into the furthering of sustainability factors and ways to make responsible gaming more effective for the US operator, which is owned by Flutter Entertainment.  

She will be involved in framing new responsible gaming policies, along with matters of regulations, training, product development, and the overall functioning of the company. Further, her job profile will include the supervision of the responsible gaming advocacy teams and keeping an eye on the company’s sportsbook, casino, racing, and retail activities. She will also be working towards sustainability aspects, in tune with Flutter’s Positive Impact Plan. As a part of the plan, customers are offered backing along with members of the staff and the general public. These are related to matters of secure gambling and community initiatives. 

FanDuel came out with an effective and extensive promotional program revolving around responsible gambling. The company implemented certain measures with respect to the American Gaming Association’s Responsible Gaming Education Month.

According to the President of FanDuel, Christian Genetski, Kutler will be playing a significant role in the company, and her experience and expertise will be of enormous value to all of them. Her career spans two and a half decades and comes with exposure to both private, as well as government organizations. Her responsibilities have been around the framing of policies to formulating public affairs strategies. She held the position of Senior Vice President of global government affairs at Dapper Labs and as Visa’s Senior Vice President of government affairs for the Americas. 

Along with all of those achievements, she is known to have worked at the highest levels of the US government. There was a time when she was heading the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau, as well as the special advisor to the Federal Communications Commission chairman, and in the post of the Director of the Department of Commerce Trade Advocacy Center.
