Affinity Interactive to sell Rail City Casino to Truckee Gaming

Affinity Interactive, which happens to be a land-based online casino operator, has made up its mind to sell its Rail City Casino to Truckee Gaming. There has been a joint agreement regarding the matter amongst its affiliates. The Rail City Casino happens to be located in Sparks, Nevada. The financial aspects involved in the deal, however, have not been divulged. There is an assumption that the deal will be completed toward the end of 2023. All of this will depend on the necessary regulatory approval as well as the terms and conditions being agreed upon.

The total square footage of the Rail City Casino is close to 24,000. Roughly 415 slot machines and a keno lounge can be found there. There also happen to be various dining outlets, including the Ale House American Café as well as a buffet. As per its future plan of action, Affinity Interactive has realized the need to make lucrative investments in areas more closely associated with its actual line of business. The entity happens to be a portfolio company consisting of Z Capital Partners, along with being the private equity side of Z Capital Group.

According to the Chief Executive Officer of Affinity Interactive, Andrei Scrivens, they have been actively engaged in the overall improvement of every aspect related to the overall Rail City experience, for the benefit of all of their connected customers and gamers.

Truckee Gaming happens to be a casino company that is Reno, Nevada-based. It has the ownership of and also manages the Gold Ranch Casino and RV Resort situated in Verdi, along with the Gold Ranch Casino in Dayton and the Club Fortune Casino situated in Henderson. It also happens to own three Pioneer Crossing Casinos situated in Dayton, Fernley, and Yerington. Further, it operates local casinos in the states of Iowa and Missouri, as well as in Nevada. The entity also happens to be involved in industries related to horse racing, iGaming, and sports wagering. It also boasts of being the owner of the Daily Racing Form, DRF Bets, as well as DRF Sports.

Sparks, which is near to Nevada, is currently the scene of a lot of busy activity relating to a number of successful agreements being made. Century Casinos made their official statement in 2022 that they had purchased Sparks Nugget for $195 million at that location. A 50% ownership stake in the real estate business that was in charge of the property was also included in this purchase. The Legends Bay Casino in Sparks opened in August 2022.
